I have prepared a few simple recipes for you to try!

SIR GRILL in eggplant stuffing

INGREDIENTS

1 SERVING

100g SIR GRILL
25g of oat flakes
1 Eggplant
20g grated Parmesan cheese
dill
green pepper
onion
salt
basil
olive oil
20g green beans
15g butter
1 egg
Bechamel sauce:
60g butter
200ml milk
30g flour
salt
nutmeg

PREPARATION

Bechamel sauce: Put one portion of milk, butter, salt and nutmeg into a saucepan and heat. Mix flour and the rest of the milk in a cup and carefully stir the mixture into warm milk using a whisk. Allow to boil for several minutes until thick.

Cut off the top of the eggplant and halve it, lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp and season it with salt. Stuffing: Sauté chopped onion on butter and cool. Leave oat flakes to soak for half-hour until they become soft, add cooled onion, SIR-GRILL cut into cubes, bechamel sauce, egg and spices. Stir gently. Pat dry the eggplant, sprinkle with salt and spoon in the mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oil a baking dish and place the eggplant inside, bake for 20 min at 170°C. Serve warm or cold with any kind of sauce

SIR GRILL with smoked salmon and spiced butter

INGREDIENTS

1 SERVING

100g SIR GRILL
80g smoked salmon
30g olive oil
40g spiced butter
salt
anise
green pepper

PREPARATION

Cut the SIR GRILL into slices and grill on both sides in a frying pan greased with olive oil. Let cool. Place the cheese on a plate. Place the smoked salmon on grilled cheese and sprinkle with spiced butter. Decoration: lemon slices.

SIR GRILL in buckwheat salad served on spinach leaves

INGREDIENTS

1 SERVING

100g SIR GRILL
50 g buckwheat
1 Cucumber
10 pitted green olives
10 cherry tomatos
onion
salt
black pepper
fresh basil optional
1 tbs lemon juce
olive oil
big spinach leaves

PREPARATION

Cook buckwheat in boiling water with a little bit of salt until soft. when it is cooked drain it and let it cool down.

While the buckwheat is cooking cut the SIR GRILL cheese and cucumber into small cubes, slice cherry tomatoes on halfs or quarters depending on their size and slice olives as well. When buckwheat has cooled down mix all the ingredients together and season it with salt,pepper, lemon juice and olive oil to your taste.

Serve on washed and dried spinache leaves. Enjoy!

SIR GRILL with strawberries

INGREDIENTS

1 SERVING

100g SIR GRILL
50g strawberry
10g suggar optional

PREPARATION

Grill the SIR GRILL cheese on both sides in a frying pan. While the cheese is grilling put the strawberries and sugar in the pan over a low heat for just a minute or two until the sugar melts. Don’t let the strawberries become brown. Place the cheese on a plate, cover it with the strawberries. Bon appetite!
